Researchers of Maastricht University and Maastricht UMC+, Uniklinik RWTH Aachen and the University of Liège have joined forces in microbiome research and education by initiating the ‘Euregional Microbiome Center’. Within the Euregional Microbiome Center we envision to cross borders between research disciplines and to strengthen our Euregional collaboration to advance microbiome research at an international forefront.
This initiative has organized a official Kick-off Symposium which will include a panel discussion between presidents/rectors, deans and board members of the participating institutes and executive committee members of the provinces followed by scientific presentations on the different research lines within the Euregional Microbiome Center.
